(a)     To determine any other items of business which the Chairman decides should be   considered as a matter of urgency pursuant to Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972.

 

(b)     To consider any objections received to applications which the Head of Planning was authorised to determine at a previous meeting.

NORTH WALSHAM - PF/22/1784 - Hybrid planning application, comprising the following elements: 1. Full Planning Application for the construction of 343 dwellings (including affordable homes), garages, parking, vehicular access onto Ewing Road and Hornbeam Road, public open spaces, play areas, landscaping, drainage and other associated infrastructure;
2. Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved for a phased development comprising 7 serviced self-build plots and associated infrastructure; and. Outline Planning Application with all matters reserved for the construction of an elderly care facility and associated infrastructure, landscaping and open space on Land South Of Norwich Road, North Walsham for Hopkins Homes Limited. pdf icon PDF 1 MB

EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

To pass the following resolution, if necessary:-

 

 “That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Part I of Schedule 12A (as amended) to the Act.”
